This premium map presents satellite imagery for the world and high resolution aerial imagery for the United States. The map includes NASA Blue Marble: Next Generation 500m resolution imagery at small scales and i-cubed 15m eSAT imagery at medium-to-large scales for the world. The map also includes i-cubed Nationwide Prime 1m or better resolution imagery for the contiguous United States. I-cubed Nationwide Prime is a seamless, color mosaic of various commercial and government imagery sources, including Aerials Express 0.3 to 0.6m resolution imagery for metropolitan areas and the best available United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) National Agriculture Imagery Program (NAIP) imagery and enhanced versions of United States Geological Survey (USGS) Digital Ortho Quarter Quad (DOQQ) imagery for other areas.

- Image resolution map: Notes the resolution in meters for the imagery.
- Image currency map: Indicates the year the imagery was collected.
This map is metadata-enabled. With the Identify tool in ArcMap or in Web mapping applications, you can see the resolution, collection date, and source of the imagery at the location you click. The metadata applies only to the best available imagery at that location. You may need to zoom in to view the best available imagery.
