Sample Flex Viewer with Proxy support

Sample Flex Viewer was modified to support proxy pages that may be used to access secured ArcGIS Server services. A new xml tag is added in the application configuration file to allow you to set the URL to proxy the request through. Both the compiled form and source code is available for download.
