Slides and scripts from DevSummit - Designing and developing geoprocessing tools

This submission contains tools, Python scripts, data, and slides used for two sessions at the 2009 Developer Summit. The sessions were “Designing and Developing Geoprocessing Tools with ArcGIS” given on Monday (a pre-summit seminar) and “Building Geoprocessing Tools with Python” given on Tuesday. These sessions were focused on building script tools – defining parameters, setting their properties, and using the Python ToolValidator class to give you full control of the tool dialog and allow you to fully describe tool outputs for chaining in ModelBuilder.
