A toolbar with common globe control tools.

Description

The CLSID of this toolbar is: {44C5FD37-60A6-4479-B224-A149C37FFCAF}.

This toolbar works with the ToolbarControl, GlobeControl and ArcGlobe.

This toolbar requires a 3DAnalyst extension. Any ArcGIS Engine application using this toolbar must check out a 3DAnalyst extension using either the LicenseControl or the AoInitialize object.
