	Draw	Toolbar that supports functionality to draw different geometries: points (MAPPOINT or MULTIPOINT), lines (LINE, POLYLINE, or FREEHAND_POLYLINE), polygons (FREEHAND_POLYGON or POLYGON), or rectangles (EXTENT).
	Navigation	Toolbar that supports basic navigation, such as pan and zoom.
